My name's Kevin, I'm in the Navy in Hawaii, but I'm getting out soon and heading back home to Missouri and I'm going to be trying to get a skydiving club rolling at Mizzou so anyone who has advice for me would be great.

A lot of starting a club depends on the rules at your school, so getting to know someone in student government is a good idea. You'll want to study up on what clubs are able to apply for what funding...it's tough to tell you here because every school is different.

If you can gather some of that paperwork, I'll be able to help a good bit more with things. There's usually a pamphlet to something for starting new clubs or new organizations, or possibly a website page with that information.
